Chad McCall bought his first house at 14. Thirty-five years later he has closed more than a thousand flips and over five thousand notes, in markets from one coast to the other.

North Carolina is home and always will be — it’s where he cut his teeth. He came to Brevard County because he saw an opportunity here he hadn’t found anywhere else in the country, and he has been building in it ever since.

He founded REIG for a simple reason: the deals go to whoever is in the room. He wanted Brevard to have one.

Todd Snipes has spent 25 years in this business, and as a Florida native he has never had to leave home to find a deal. More than a thousand flips behind him, plus private lending and note investing.

What he is best known for is teaching it — especially the creative structures most investors never get shown. He has trained over a thousand students and helped hundreds of them get their start: the first deal, then the next one, then a business that runs without them.

He moved to Brevard County recently, for the same reason Chad did. The opportunity here is hard to find anywhere else.
